Paul Collins

I have always enjoyed taking part in sports, from swimming and rugby at school, to weight training and martial arts as an adult. I still enjoy participating in a variety of activities, from obstacle challenge races, Super Human events, to surfing and cycling. Working out in the gym is my happy place!

I spent 20 years working as a chef, including five years as Chef Patron of an award-winning seafood restaurant. Building on my classical French training, I developed a lighter, healthier style influenced by the flavours and ingredients I discovered while travelling through Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. For the past seven years, I have embraced a plant-based diet, further shaping my approach to food and cooking.

I am now in the privileged position of being able to combine all my passions and share them with others. I really enjoy seeing people change their lifestyles for the better and watching them transform before my eyes.

I am driven to help people live their best lives by ensuring they are as fit and healthy as possible.
