Online Coaching

For anyone who would like the convenience of training whenever and wherever you choose, we have an online option.

This is no ordinary coaching app!

Many coaching apps contain generic workouts and guidance. This is personalised for you, with content designed for you. It’s like having Paul there with you in person!!

Just like with face-to-face coaching, we conduct a thorough assessment, and then we can agree which elements you would like in your programme.  This might include

  • workouts you can do whenever suits you
  • booked sessions where we meet online for a 1:1 workout
  • accountability check-ins with Paul
  • nutrition and recipe information
  • and lifestyle elements.
