Why Paul Collins Fitness?
Paul has had a lifelong love of exercise and fitness. In 2014, Paul set up his own business in Bude, north Cornwall offering a range of fitness options.
We offer a choice of 1-1 or small group Personal Training using our studio or outdoor training facility based near Stratton.
Our FUNctional Fitness small group sessions, are all held outdoors, where the emphasis is on having fun whilst working hard! We liken it to big kids, playing hard and getting fit!
We can also support your physical training with goal setting and weight management programmes including healthy recipes (tried and tested by Paul who was originally an award winning Chef before turning his lifelong hobby into his career).
Paul spends a considerable amount of time on continuous professional development and as a result is qualified to work with a wide range of people with more complex needs from diabetes, obesity, degenerative conditions, lower back pain to name but a few. As an Exercise Referral Specialist he is used to working with health and medical professionals to ensure your programme is safe and appropriate for you.
