This is a 90 day plan to get you into the habit of exercising regularly as part of a positive mental health management plan.

The programme incudes:

It is a structured plan to help you develop a positive relationship with exercise and to feel the benefits to your mental health.

This is a four-week course to help address your movement pattern issues.
