The benefits of a personal trainer with the motivation of a group…  

Our Group Personal Training sessions combine the best of group exercise with personal instruction from highly qualified instructors, giving you the fun and motivation of working with a small group of like-minded individuals.  

These classes were formerly known as Boot Camp Bude but we feel that some people may be put off by the term ‘bootcamp’ as it implied ‘being shouted at’ and ‘beasting’!  Our approach is to keep the group size manageable so you get the motivation of working with a group but the individual coaching of your own PT.  Our classes cater for all abilities and are about personal achievement although we can shout at you if you wish!

Each Group Personal Training session is different, with exercises ranging from boxing to skipping, resistance bands, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, cardio, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle rope, tyres, body weight exercises plus a whole lot more.  The toys might change but the outcome is the same;  a full body workout with a guaranteed EPOC to burn fat for up to 48 hours afterwards.

NB  Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions – sessions are restricted to 5 participants and no equipment is being used.  Don’t worry we are still able to guarantee you a full-body workout!

We use techniques derived from:

BOOTCAMP Traditional group exercises using a range of equipment to keep the sessions varied and fire up all the muscle groups.

TRAINING FOR WARRIORS Specifically designed exercises to develop muscular strength and mental fortitude.

T3 TRAIN, TRACK, TRANSFORM – a programme devised by Olympian Dwain Chambers for an intense full body workout where you are guaranteed to increase fitness, get shredded, sculpt and tone your body.  Which includes T3 Blast, T3 Shred, T3 Sprint & T3 Fight.  Bodyweight exercises focused on multi-planar strength and power; engineered to improve power-endurance, work capacity and movement skill, or tri-planar, multi directional metabolic circuit programmed to define muscle and shred fat, Explosive sport-specific spring training blending strength-speed, speed-strength and power-endurance complexes. 

All the sessions are designed to develop skills, flexibility, strength and endurance. Each class is a full body workout and, each exercise can be adapted to suit each individual ie either made easier or harder or modified if you have any injury or pre-existing condition.

Our overall aim is to help our members become fitter, stronger and leaner while still having fun!

For optimum effectiveness, we would recommend committing to 3 classes per week. However, if this is not possible, people can ‘drop-in’.

Sessions are held outdoors all year round so we can gain the additional benefits of working in the fresh air .

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions all sessions must be pre-booked. Sessions are available early morning and evenings.
