We can organise sessions to suit your timetable for a 1-1, couples or small groups.
Sessions can be structured to suit your fitness level:
- Are you in training for an event and don’t want to fall behind your training plan?
- Don’t exercise regularly but fancy a fun group activity with your friends or family?
- Just want to try something different?
Depending upon the group size and your requirements we can hold the session outdoors to make the most of the amazing countryside and coastal options available in the area. Alternatively, we have a private studio for 1-1 or 1-2.
To avoid disappointment please do try and book your session before you visit as we do carefully plan each session depending upon your individual needs.
