Paul has had a lifelong love of exercise and fitness. In 2014, Paul set up his own business in Bude, north Cornwall offering a range of fitness options.
We offer a choice of 1-1 Personal Training, Group Personal Training sessions and Tai Chi classes each week, where the emphasis is on fitness through fun.
Group personal training sessions are held outdoors all year round (unless extreme weather conditions in which case they are held indoors).
Personal training 1-1 or 2-1 can be held at your home or outside utilising the amazing countryside around Bude.
We can also support your physical training with goal setting and weight management programmes including healthy recipes (tried and tested by Paul who was originally an award winning Chef before turning his lifelong hobby into his career).
